The goal of our onsite repairs for minor autobody damage is to give you, our customer, an efficient repair of your Vehicle at a reasonable price at your home or work.  Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or cheque.  We do not accept cash. 

Terms of our Limited Warranty (mobile)
We use the finest materials and workmanship we can to give you the best possible result.   Despite the fact that your repair has been carried out in an uncontrolled environment, we warrant the finish applied to the repaired areas of your Vehicle against the following defects for one (1) year (onsite mobile repairs)

• peeling or delamination of the topcoat
• cracking or chalking
• fading

The applicable warranty is non-transferable, and will apply fro the time that you own/lease the applicable vehicle. The provider of the warranty is the original  Colorworks operator who performed the repair, and any rectification procedures will be carried out by same, within their operating area.

The paint warranty is valid when refinishing is carried out over original factory finishes and specifically excludes work carried where prior 3rd party repairs exist.

Our warranty does not cover: paint deterioration from rust or corrosion whether present or not at the time of repair; accidents, scratches or stone chips; damages from other vehicles; acid rain, chemical fallout or acts of nature; abrasive polishes, cleaning agents or heavy duty pressure washing.

Your satisfaction is our goal so we will rectify the repair or, after having evaluated the Vehicle with you, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to refund the amount representing the unsatisfactory portion of the repair you paid to us and by doing so our obligations will cease under this warranty.  Our warranty and guarantee of your satisfaction is limited to a maximum of the amount of money you paid to us. It is incumbent on the customer to keep a receipt as proof of work carried out. Any warranty claim made without a receipt shall be at Colorworks discretion.   Colorworks is not responsible for any costs associated with any other vendor or body shop you employ to work on repairs we have undertaken.
