Colororworks PRIVACY POLICY

This is Colororworks ("Colororworks") privacy policy. This document explains Colororworks' policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Colororworks provides automotive repair services through employee and franchise operators.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Colororworks collects information about individuals such as its customers, prospective customers, franchisees, and prospective franchisees, technicians and prospective technicians by various methods including information actively provided by individuals (either directly or through franchisees), collected by our web site, and information arising from the provision of our services.

The types of personal information we collect include name, contact information, identification information, vehicle information, and other information relating to the supply of our services.  Information about franchisees also includes complete financial and other details of the franchisees' operation.  We may record calls to and from our customer service representatives for purposes of accuracy, performance reviews and training.

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
This information is used for the supply of our services by ourselves and our franchisees including customer service, accounting, billing, collections and ongoing contact with our customers.

Information about our franchisees is used to administer the franchise relationship, and to share information about existing franchisees and their performance with other franchisees and potential franchisees.

Colororworks may use aggregate or anonymous information not linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
Colororworks does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.  Colororworks may provide personal information to Colororworks' franchisees, consultants, employees and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Colororworks' uses disclosed herein.

SECURITY
Personal information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files.  They are protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

ACCESSING INFORMATION
Individuals may review their personal information contained in Colororworks files by contacting the Colororworks privacy officer.  If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, Colororworks will make appropriate corrections.

GENERAL
Colororworks may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how Colororworks uses or discloses personal information already held by Colororworks in a material way, Colororworks will obtain consent. Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time.

Colororworks may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing the assets of Colororworks, provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
